Not like any other lawn party – this one gives you an opportunity to help convert a lawn into a garden using sheet mulch, all in one day! StopWaste staff will be supporting the San Lorenzo Village Homeowner’s Association transform the lawn next to their Community Center. Bay-Friendly Qualified Landscape Professional Daniel O’Donnell and sheet mulch educators will be on hand to guide us as we sheet mulch and plant this garden. 

You get to see the entire process and use what you learn to convert your own lawn. Every participant will receive a 40% discount coupon for sheet mulch materials and be eligible for additional technical assistance from StopWaste, including a one hour FREE design consult. There will also be a drawing for garden gifts at the end of the party.

The HOA is also hosting a Landscape Expo the same day. There will be sheet mulch vendors, nurseries, water agencies, irrigation suppliers, and Bay-Friendly Qualified Landscape Professionals available to answer questions and provide additional resources.
