ReScape Landscape Maintenance Training and Qualification Program

Previously known as Bay-Friendly Training 

ReScape California has updated their popular maintenance training program to provide the latest science-based information on today’s most crucial landscape topics, including firescaping, soil health, stormwater management techniques, carbon sequestration, Model Water Efficient Ordinance compliance, and more. This training always sells out fast - don't miss out!

Dates and time: June 10, 13 and 17, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; June 18, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Campbell, CA
Cost: $495 ($145 after StopWaste scholarship*)

*StopWaste will cover $350 of the registration fee for eligible employees of public agencies in Alameda County and its 14 cities. Scholarship funds are limited - contact us now to apply. Email Teresa Eade for details. You must receive scholarship approval from StopWaste before registering for the class.

ReScape Landscape Design Training and Qualification Program

Previously known as Bay-Friendly Training

This three-session training program is taught by leading experts in stormwater infrastructure, soil health, irrigation, plant selection and integrated pest management, providing a comprehensive education in environmentally responsible strategies for landscape design, construction and maintenance. This training is intended for landscape architects, designers and contractors working primarily on public, institutional and commercial work. This training always sells out fast - don't miss out!

Dates and time: June 26, 27 and 28, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Hayward, CA
Cost: $495 ($145 after StopWaste scholarship*)

Coming this fall: WELO Enforcement Training

In Fall 2019, StopWaste will be offering Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (WELO) Enforcement training for public agency staff in Alameda County who enforce building and landscape permits.
