This organization will add your name to 'opt-out lists' for mailing lists, telephone marketing lists and e-mail lists**. You can have your name added to these opt-out lists by calling or sending them a postcard/letter or form found on the website and include a $1.00 check or money order. You can also register online, a $5 processing fee is required online.
For removal from telephone marketing lists: Mail a postcard or letter including your full name and complete address along with your telephone number(s) to:

For removal from E-mail marketing lists you must visit - www.e-mps.org - Complete the online registration form and your e-mail address(es) will remain on their opt-out list for five years. OR: Call 1-877-STOPWASTE (877-786-7927) and leave your name/ address/city/zip. Request the "Junk Mail Kit" to get this process started.
