Constituent Relationship Management System Design & Implementation

StopWaste.Org is requesting proposals from firms or individuals to design and implement a constituent relationship management (CRM) system for the agency. Upon request, a selected proposer or proposers will develop proof of concept demonstrations.
Anticipated tasks of the project include:
- Development of a project plan that will roll out Phase 1 use of a CRM system by September 15, 2012 and Phases 2 and 3 by December 31, 2012.
- In consultation with up to five selected sub-groups of Agency staff, development of workflow diagrams.
- Development of information architecture to suit a variety of workflows and access levels.
- Customization of software to perform a wide variety of contact management tasks, including documentation of a range of interactions with contacts, scheduling follow up, generation of statistics, etc.
- Development of various views, reports and dashboards that reflect the needs of the five sub-groups.
- Development of security and access protocols and tools to protect confidential information.
- Staff training, both user and administrator.
System development will be under a not-to-exceed cost quote. Ongoing support after full implementation and acceptance by the agency will be provided on a time and cost basis.

Request For Qualifications:
Service Providers for Mailing Services

StopWaste.Org is requesting qualifications from firms or individuals to provide mailing services for mass mailings (including postage reduction services, NCOA processing, CASS certification, inkjet addressing, preparation and post office delivery).
Selected firms/individuals will be placed in a “prequalified vendors list”. Those included in this list are eligible but not guaranteed to receive a bid request, RFP or contract, as services are needed by StopWaste.Org staff. This prequalified vendors list is valid from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015.

Print, Sign and Promotional Services for Program Marketing and Outreach Campaigns

StopWaste.Org develops and maintains a wide range of initiatives to promote the Agency’s programs. Due to the volume and variety of the various programs, the Agency needs to maintain an up-to-date list of printing, signage and promotional materials providers who can assist in the execution of the various programs and initiatives.

ABOUT STOPWASTE.ORG
StopWaste.Org is the Alameda County Waste Management Authority and the Alameda County Source Reduction and Recycling Board operating as one public agency.
The Alameda County Waste Management Authority was formed under a joint exercise of powers agreement, originally adopted in 1976, among the County of Alameda, each of the fourteen cities within the county, and two sanitary districts that also provide solid waste and recycling services.
The Alameda County Source Reduction and Recycling Board (Recycling Board) was created in 1990 by the voters of Alameda County through a ballot initiative, "Measure D". The eleven-member board includes six citizen experts appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors and five elected officials from the Alameda County Waste Management Authority.
StopWaste.Org offers a wide range of programs in the areas of waste reduction, public education, home composting, green building, large business environmental assessments, recycled product procurement, technical assistance, facility development, low interest loans and grants to non-profit organizations.
