This is a regularly scheduled meeting of the Programs and Administration Committee and the Planning & Organization and Alameda County Source Reduction and Recycling Board.
A quorum of the Alameda County Source Reduction and Recycling Board members and the Alameda County Waste Management Authority Board members may also be present, but no action will be taken at this event.
