2021 StopWaste Grant Submission Form

  • This form must be completed and submitted by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on March 15, 2021.

  • You must attach your completed application packet PDF as part of this submission form, so make sure you've completed that first.
  • Again, if you hit the submit button after 5pm, your application will not be eligible for review and funding. Please do not wait until the last minute.
