4Rs Thursday: Climate Literacy and Wellness Crafternoon

Register for 4Rs Thursday

Join students, school leaders, and StopWaste in exploring the state of climate literacy across the county and beyond. School district teams working on climate literacy initiatives will share how they address the climate crisis with students and empower youth to be leaders in their communities. Learn about school district plans that are in various stages of alignment with their city's climate action plan.

Arrive early for an optional wellness craft session as we create wellness products together made from common plants grown in school gardens. Get inspired by opportunities to adapt this activity for green entrepreneurship fundraisers at your school.

Leave with an Action Project Kit to help support your own climate action projects and learn about StopWaste's action project stipends!

Dinner and participation stipends provided to those who register by Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
