RFQ: Food Waste Prevention, Reuse (Upcycle) or Recovery (Donation) Contractors and/or Solution Providers

StopWaste is seeking responses from businesses, nonprofits and individuals that can deliver solutions that reduce or reroute surplus food from food-related establishments in Alameda County such as grocery stores, restaurants, wholesale food vendors and manufacturers, institutions, health care facilities, hotels, etc.

Entities offering services appropriate for the activities and scenarios listed below are encouraged to submit qualifications documenting their expertise and experience in one or more focus areas outlined in the RFQ:

  • Food Waste Prevention Solution Providers
  • Upcycled Food Solution Providers
  • Mapping Alameda County Food Recovery Activities and Partnerships
  • Food Recovery Communication Platform

Qualifications due December 12, 2022, 5PM PST
