Free hands-on help at your site  

Our knowledgeable field team is available to come to your site to help you select and place containers, provide signage, and train employees to sort properly. These representatives are separate from enforcement staff.

Free stickers for indoor bins  

Free stickers are available to label indoor bins. Order two stickers for each bin so you can label two sides, in case bins get turned around.


Pre-made wall signs

Signs posted at eye level above each bin help staff and customers place materials in the correct containers.

The more closely your signs reflect the materials actually generated at your site, the easier it will be for staff and customers to sort correctly.

Free indoor green bins  

Your site may qualify for free indoor green bins for the collection of organics. A variety of containers and lids are available from our partner vendors—up to $500 per approved site including tax and delivery.

Many janitorial supply companies offer indoor bins. Check with your supplier for equipment that matches your needs. You can also order a wide range of containers and lids from our partner vendors for the free green bin program (above):

Support your efforts to educate staff, custodians, and multifamily residents about the new program with templates and flyers that can be emailed, distributed in hard copy, or posted in a high traffic area. The templates are easy to modify.


Waiver and Certification of Recycling Service applications 

The law requires that all accounts subscribe to compost and recycling collection service, unless they have an approved waiver or an approved alternative service.
