Our Partnership Model

StopWaste works on behalf of our member agencies to provide programs and services that would be difficult or costly for individual jurisdictions to deliver alone. By pooling resources and expertise, we can:

  • Implement regional programs that benefit all residents
  • Provide technical assistance to help jurisdictions meet state requirements
  • Advocate for policy at the state and regional level
  • Share best practices across jurisdictions
  • Distribute funding to support local waste reduction efforts

Our member agencies are represented on our governing boards, ensuring that StopWaste's priorities align with local needs.
