StopWaste manages BayREN's Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements program, which offers cash rebates and no-cost energy consulting for multifamily properties that make energy and water efficiency upgrades.
Launched in 2013, the program has served more than 700 properties and 50,000 units, distributing more than $40 million in rebates to support energy upgrades. These upgrades represent energy savings of more than 2 million net therms and 18 million kwh, accounting for emissions reductions of 20,800 MTCO2e.
